We usually ship in-stock items within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your paid order has been placed.

Textbooks-Full refund within the first week of
class. New books must be in new and unmarked condition for a full refund.
Exceptions: Workbooks, packets, and textbooks with access codes that have
been opened are non-returnable. Opened shrink-wrapped packages are
Non-Returnable. After the first week of class, a national book wholesaler
price will be offered until the week of book buy back.
During the summer sessions, refunds will be given within 5 days from the
first day of class. Exceptions: Short sessions.
Clothing/Gifts/Supplies-Full refund up to two weeks from date of purchase. Must be in new condition.
Tools-Returns on tool sets purchased through the Bookstore have to be complete sets in original packaging & unmarked to get a refund.
